Joshua Clements

I am an ST6 General Surgical Registrar in Northern Ireland (NI) pursuing an Out of programme period of research (OOPR) on informed consent. I have been actively involved in academic research for over a decade and have held national lead roles for global and national collaborative research studies. I have enjoyed my role as ISRC Northern Ireland rep over the past year and have widened access and participation in ISRC related activity for NI trainees. This year I hope to support the excellent portfolio of prospective ISRC projects and help deliver educational events for aspiring academic surgeons of all training grades.
